admission letter one page

I am applying for diploma in health informatics at McMaster university

They want me to write

• One-page letter of intent (Word Doc. or PDF) describing previous training and experience; your assessment of your learning needs; and
  why you think this program will help you meet your learning needs.

Additional information : I am registered nurse from 6 years in acute facility . Did my bachelor of nursing in Canada , I also have my masters in information technology from India . I have one year experience of teaching computer courses in india.

I do have all the courses they asked in letter attached.
