Watch the movie “The One Percent” then consider the following:

1. Should the 1 percent be allowed to keep more of their income and wealth by paying lower capital gains taxes – because their wealth will create jobs and “trickle down” to other social classes helping the economy?

2. Trickle down economics is a failed idea that is gaining momentum again under the Trump presidency. Do some internet sleuthing and see if there is any merit to trickle down economics. Support you position with evidence.
