5-6 page paper double spaced 12pt font due before midnight December 6th

The proposal should be a one-page outline listing at least 3 references. Turn in via email by end of day as outlined on class calendar. The idea of this is both for you to define your topic early on and to make sure articles are available to support your topic.

You must cite at least five references. These must be academically valid resources such as peer-reviewed journals, city or regional newspapers, and books. Wikipedia is NOT a scholarly source. Check the UofA library for resources, in particular, the JSTOR database of journal articles. You can use the book you wrote your book-report on, but only as one reference. Don’t make it a major component of the paper. Personal interviews, especially if you’re doing a case study of a specific program or project, are encouraged.
