Search Yelp for a negative review (one or two starts) within the hotel, restaurant, or cruise line (Carnival or Princess) industry. Find a review that has some substance to it, not just a simple, angry two or three line rant. Copy and paste it for me on a word doc. Write a clear 4 paragraph email reply to the customer addressing the issues he/she has stated in the review. Make sure to offer any incentives necessary to resolve the situation and make the customer happy.
