In Regards To The Training Split In This Program Why Isn T Each Muscle Group Inc
In regards to the training split in this program, why isn’t each muscle group included in each period? For example weeks 5-8 are totally void of any shoulder, tricep, or back work, and only include one workout for core or biceps. So for the entire period the client is supposed to neglect these muscles?
