need to make a 4 slide ppt for speech

It is a very easy PPT to make, but I don’t have time to finish it, need some helps.

I need a 4 slide PPT for my speech, the content should be related to memo 1 (upload file)

1. Background & introductions – just the briefest of information is needed as the audience is intended to be the board of directors and therefore familiar with the operations.
