i. In the 6th section of the document, clearly describe the Quality Management Plan. This should be a paragraph-description.

j. In the 7th section of the document, clearly depict the organization chart and ensure the following:

i. Every resource within the org chart is included in the “Resource Sheet” in the Project Schedule

ii. Every “role” identified within the org chart is included within the Responsibility Matrix (RACI chart)

N. In this section of the document, include the project costs by phase and by resource.
